About AMUA Student Housing
AMUA offers comfortable and convenient furnished student housing in a duplex just a five-minute drive from campus. Housing accommodates up to five students and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment for the entire term is required upon move-in. New students should coordinate with the Office of Admissions for assistance in arranging their living accommodations.

- Private bathroom with a shower.
Living Area:

- Furnished bedrooms with beds, chests of drawers, and a closet or wardrobe.

- High-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities included in your rent.
Additional Details
- Bedding & Toiletries: Students are responsible for bringing their own bedding, bath items, and toiletries.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed excepted registered service animals.

AMUA Student Housing Options
At AMUA, we offer a range of student apartment options designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. Whether you prefer privacy or shared accommodations, we have a solution for you.
Room Types
- Private Apartment
Enjoy a fully private living experience with no roommates or shared common areas. This option is ideal for students with spouses, pets, or service animals. - Private Room
Have your own private bedroom while sharing common areas such as the bathroom and living room with roommates. - Double Room
Share a bedroom and common areas with a roommate. This is the most affordable housing option for students looking to minimize costs.
AMUA Student Housing Policies
Room Changes
All room change requests must be submitted to the School Director for approval. Failure to follow the approved process may result in relocation and additional fees.
Relocation of Students
AMUA reserves the right to relocate students within the housing facility or to another sponsored housing facility as needed. Relocations may be temporary or permanent and are determined at AMUA’s sole discretion. For full details, refer to the Housing License Agreement.
Prohibited Substances
- Alcohol: The possession, use, or presence of alcohol in or around AMUA housing is strictly prohibited.
- Drugs and Paraphernalia: The possession, use, or influence of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, including marijuana, is prohibited, regardless of medical registry status.
Common Areas
Common areas such as halls, stairways, and fire escapes must remain clear at all times. Personal items, such as bicycles, may not obstruct these spaces and must be stored within individual units.
Guests
- Guests must be at least 18 years old and may visit between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
- Overnight stays are prohibited unless approved in writing at least two days in advance, with a maximum stay of two consecutive nights per 30-day period.
Personal Property Insurance
Students are required to secure personal property insurance. AMUA is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Noise and Quiet Hours
No parties are allowed in AMUA housing. Noise levels must remain moderate, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all units, common areas, and anywhere on the property.
Pets and Animals
Pets are not allowed in AMUA housing, with the exception of registered service animals. Service animals must be pre-approved and documented with the Administrator.
