Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with flexible 2, 6 and 12-month lease options to match your program length and preferences.

We want your housing experience to be smooth and enjoyable. If you ever need to request a room change, please reach out to the Housing Director to explore your options and get approval. Keeping us in the loop helps avoid unexpected moves or extra fees.
AMUA reserves the right to relocate students within the housing facility or to another sponsored housing facility as needed. Relocations may be temporary or permanent and are determined at AMUA’s sole discretion. For full details, refer to the Housing License Agreement.
Alcohol: The possession, use, or presence of alcohol in or around AMUA housing is strictly prohibited.
Drugs and Paraphernalia: The possession, use, or influence of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, including marijuana, is prohibited, regardless of medical registry status.
Guests must be at least 18 years old and may visit between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Overnight stays are prohibited unless approved in writing at least two days in advance, with a maximum stay of two consecutive nights per 30-day period.
Students are required to secure personal property insurance. AMUA is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
No parties are allowed in AMUA housing. Noise levels must remain moderate, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed in AMUA housing, with the exception of registered service animals. Service animals must be pre-approved and documented with the Administrator.
